Q. I have noticed other Bose repair sites on the internet, will you match
their prices?

First, let's compare apples to apples, not apples to oranges. Did you try calling the
competition? Did you speak with someone? Was he/she a technician, an answering service, or
a receptionist? Was the technician even available? Were they familiar with your
stereo problems? Did they give you some time on the phone to instill confidence? Did they
insist on seeing the unit first before offering an estimate? (Obviously
they do not know the problems). Do they offer a Lifetime warranty on
single channel Bose speaker and amplifier repairs and one year on
factory car stereo? Did they offer references?
Is it really a $75 flat rate? (From our experience, with the amplifiers we send to our
competition, their $75 flat rate turned into $150.) Can they show you removal
instructions or is it figure it out yourself and send with your payment?
Don't let their low ball price get you to send the equipment for repair, once they have
your amplifier,
